How it fits together
When six crafts share a floor, someone has to sequence the work and settle jurisdiction before it costs the schedule. That is the Council’s daily job.
On prevailing wage, responsible-bidder standards, apprenticeship utilization and workforce funding, 14 unions carry far more weight at Metro and in Nashville’s statehouse than one.
Owners and general contractors get a single point of contact for manpower across every trade — including short-notice, night-shift and multi-phase staffing.
